You may have problems with the X-Lite Softphone when used in an enterprise for

anything beyond direct dialing. Incoming calls that go through an Auto Attendant,

Hunt Group, or Call Center may experience dropped and/or failed calls due to no

g729a codec support.

4.3 Mediatrix 4104

• Connect an analog phone to port 1 and dial * # * 0 to find the IP address of the

Mediatrix 4104

• In your web browser’s address field, type the IP address of the Mediatrix 4104

obtained from the DHCP server

• The username and password prompt appears, use the following:

Username: admin

Password: 1234
